Innovative Project Solutions (IPS) provided design-build services for the installation of a new Acid Waste Neutralization (AWN) system.

These services included:

• Design and construction of the new AWN replacement.
• Collaboration with vendors for a new AWN system, pre-filter, and equalization tanks.
• Complete design-build services for architectural, civil, structural, process, mechanical, and piping for the project.
• Phasing including demolition of the existing AWN system and installation of the new AWN System.
• Building of a temporary AWN system to allow the shutdown of the existing system.
• Collaboration with the client to design and create process flow diagrams and P&ID for the AWN system.
• Permit set drawings for submission to the City.
• Construction management of the system:
• Reviewed any contractor submittal documents.
