Innovative Project Solutions (IPS) provided design-build services for a new Acid Waste Neutralization (AWN) system.

These services included:

• Design coordination with client and vendor for the new AWN system and equalization tanks in the new equipment yard.
• Complete architectural, process design, mechanical, and piping engineering design for the project.
• As part of the new Central Utility plant, new electrical substations, new connections to the city, and a new HVAC system
• Phasing to allow additional expansion to the AWN system.
• Design coordination with vendor to create process flow diagrams and P&ID for the AWN.
• Permit Set drawings for submission to the city department.
• Construction management of the Central Utility plant and installation of the AWN system.
• Coordination of control system installation.
• Commissioning management of the system with the vendor.
