Office Boiler Upgrade

Description

IPS provided professional design services to replace the heating hot water boiler system serving an office building at the client’s campus in Mountain View, CA.

The design for the new boiler plant provided two 2,000 MBH high efficiency Aerco BMK heating hot water boilers. The boilers and all associated pumps and controls were replaced with new amenities. New piping was routed from the new boiler plant to distribute heating hot water to the rooftop air handling systems. As part of the design process, IPS met with the client’s permitting board to seek fast-tracked approval on this project.
