Innovative Project Solutions (IPS) provided design-build services for the replacement of a bio-waste system and AWN systems.

These services included:

• Design coordination with our vendor Wastech for a new process waste system and tank in the building equipment yard.
• Complete process design, mechanical, and piping engineering design for the project. This includes the design of demolition plans of existing systems, phased layout plans, system flow diagrams, and P&ID.
• A thermal biological inactivation unit that uses heat and a holding tank to elevate and hold a high temperature to destroy living microorganisms and biological waste.
• Permit Set drawings for submission to city department.
• Construction management of the system:

• Coordination with vendor for installation of all equipment
• Coordination of control system installation
